Please place your order via the shopping cart and pay using the on-line payment facility provided. Postage and Packaging
Shipping cost is calculated on a weight basis and covers postage, packaging and sign for on receipt fee.
Delivery:
Logo items: Within 28 days (hopefully sooner!) as we have to order the items from the manufacturer then send them to our specialist embroiderers to have your County logo added.
Non-logo items: We order from the manufacturer on Monday and normally post out on Friday.
We will notify you by e-mail if the manufacturer is out of stock and any excessive delay is anticipated.
URGENT DELIVERY RATE includes payment of the manufacturer's small order delivery fee (we normally amalgamate customer orders to achieve free delivery from the supplier) to bypass our order system and go on individual order to the supplier. Time is still required for logo embroidery, but we fast track this too. Returns Policy
We cannot accept returns for wrong size or colour ordered (please consult the manufacturers size guide). But, your normal statutory rights are upheld regarding quality, damage etc., Terms and Conditions
